Liping Zhu’s performance of Taiyi You Long Gong or Taiyi Swimming Dragon Chuan is awesome! Check out the video. I can see how she won her gold medal. She is the disciple of the art’s inheritor from Wudang. Apparently, it used to be taught only within the family and to the imperial privileged. Master Yu Anren broke tradition and brought it public only in 1980. Having done various martial arts, I find myself partial to Wudang at this stage in my life. And finding this lady’s video was a happy accident for me.
